This Civilizational Call is respectfully addressed to everyone who is shaping the future of the digital age. Whether through scientific discovery, technological innovation, public policy, education, governance, entrepreneurship, or civic engagement, we all share a collective responsibility for ensuring that the unprecedented power of Artificial Intelligence serves not only technological progress but also the ethical, moral, intellectual, and civilizational advancement of humanity.

Technological progress, however extraordinary, cannot by itself guarantee the advancement of civilization. History demonstrates that scientific and technological breakthroughs, when divorced from character, conscience, moral intelligence, and wisdom, possess the capacity to magnify both humanity’s greatest achievements and its gravest failures. The defining challenge of the twenty-first century is therefore not merely the creation of increasingly intelligent technologies, but the cultivation of an increasingly enlightened humanity capable of directing those technologies toward the common good.

Human civilization stands at a defining moment in its intellectual, technological, ethical, and civilizational evolution. Artificial Intelligence represents one of the greatest scientific achievements in human history. It is against this profound civilizational reality that I respectfully draw the attention of the global digital community to what I believe is the next great frontier of human civilization.
